Thieves Essential Oil Recipe
Thieves essential oil was famously used by thieves to protect themselves while robbing victims who had died of the black plague. You can use it topically, internally, or diffuse it to boost immunity and keep germs away. I like to apply it to the bottom of my feet at the first sign of a sore throat. You could also take 1-2 drops internally. Or, dilute 4-6 drops of Thieves oil with a tablespoon of olive oil, open vegetable capsules and put the mix in the capsules and take it as a dietary supplement.

Recipe:
Mix the following oils in a dark glass bottle:

Clove Essential Oil – 40 drops
Lemon Essential Oil – 35 drops
Cinnamon Essential Oil – 20 drops
Eucalyptus Essential Oil – 15 drops
Rosemary Essential Oil – 10 drops

Optional Ingredients: pine, bergamot, thyme, tea tree oils
