I have always had problems with heavy, long periods and horrendous cramps. It’s hard for me to leave the house especially if the place I have to go to doesn’t have a bathroom. I have a small fibroid but the doctor said it’s nothing to be concerned with. I have already tried raspberry tea, turmeric, Dong Quai and apple cider vinegar without much success. Does anybody know a cure for heavy periods? 🙁
