Has any of you gotten bad teeth after having your baby? I have always had terrible teeth despite flossing and brushing like crazy but things got really bad after having my children. They are 6 years apart and I spent more than 5 years total nursing them. My nutrition is good. I even follow Dr. Weston Price’s diet to some extent. I just got back from the dentist and I have 9 cavities! I already have 2 root canals and too many fillings to list! I also have bone loss in my lower gums! I am not even 40 years old yet! I feel ashamed and scared! 🙁 😥 😥
